Made for your order
Death Beyond garments are produced on demand. Standard small orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce, with dispatch targeted by the eighth business day after payment. Production time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery and tracking
Available destinations, shipping options and charges appear at checkout. Transit times depend on the destination and service; any delivery estimate begins after dispatch. Tracking is sent when your order ships. Weather, customs and carrier disruptions can affect arrival dates.
Customs and address details
Our fulfillment partner’s current shipping service covers import duties for US deliveries. International duties are generally included, although local charges can apply in some destinations. Check your address carefully: correcting an address or reshipping an unclaimed parcel may involve additional costs.

Contact ralphlouismixon@icloud.com with your order number if delivery is delayed or tracking appears incorrect. For a suspected lost parcel, contact us promptly, ideally within seven days after the expected arrival date, so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns & refunds
Requesting help
Email ralphlouismixon@icloud.com with your order number, issue and photos. Eligible requests may be submitted within 180 days of delivery. Report damage, defects or printing errors promptly, ideally within seven days.
Eligibility
Garments are made to order. Correctly produced items cannot be returned for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Hygiene items and samples are excluded unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Used, washed, stained, altered or misused items are excluded, except for manufacturing or fulfillment faults.
Return instructions
Contact Death Beyond before shipping anything back. Approved returns receive an address and instructions. Non-defective returns must be unused and in original condition. You pay return postage unless we confirm otherwise.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds use the original payment method and currency; bank processing varies. Request cancellations immediately: after production begins, cancellation or a full refund may be unavailable.
Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
